Responsibilities/Duties:

  • To ensure continued business from clients and grow income through new relationships within key  accounts.
  • Managing Live Communication projects within an account team
  • Help to identify key Stakeholders
  • Take initial briefs from Stakeholders – prepare briefs for internal teams, Producers & Creative
  • Work with internal agency team to prepare response and drive through the agency
  • Preparing budgets – management and reconciliation
  • Evaluation of creative work
  • Proposal writing
  • Presenting responses to brief as part of the agency team
  • Contribute to account plan development
  • Drive regular status meetings with Stakeholders
  • Prepare weekly status reports and contact reports following meetings
  • Ensure projects are delivered on brief, on time and on budget
  • Build relationships at all levels both internally and externally
  • Be prepared to work across other clients within WRG and support Live Events team as necessary
  • Flexibility to work from Manchester location when necessary
